SPC offers services to customise existing parts to your preferences, with varying degrees of modification.

SPC can manufacture needles with tube diameters from Ø0.25 inside to Ø20, and the traceability policy ensures that almost all tubes are subdivided with the ability to provide a 3.1 material certificate.

In some cases, the needle may be partially responsible for filling issues such as bubbles, splashing or liquid overflow. Our team is experienced in solving many of these problems and can optimise various parts of the product to limit or eliminate failures during filling. However, it is important to note that in most cases, the pump or needle is only a small part of the filling problem.

To identify the root cause of filling problems, it is often necessary to investigate other aspects of your filling line, such as cadence, dispensed product and installation. Our technicians can intervene in your installation to analyse the situation and help you resolve any faults.
