From May 16 to May 19, 2017 in Shanghai (China), the International Food and Drink Exhibition SIAL China 2017 was held – one of the leading events for Asian food industry specialists. It is a regional branch of the French exhibition SIAL, known throughout the world.

Xavier Terlet, President and Founder of XTC World Innovation, a partner of SIAL Innovation, has announced the selection of three winners. The winners were selected from 37 excellent and innovative products by an international jury consisting of Xavier Terlet, Founder of XTC World Innovation (France), Nelly Baron, Communications Director of the SIAL Network (France), Daoud Dharma Salim, CEO of Kristamedia Pratama (Indonesia), Adhi Lukman, Chairman of GAPMMI (Indonesia), Siafrudin, Chairman of SCAI (Indonesia).

Each product aims to delight consumers through quality ingredients and product design. The jury considered health, packaging and convenience for customers to select SIAL Innovation winners and special equipment awards. Each product is sure to be popular with consumers in stores and restaurants.

The winners of the award received a unique opportunity to travel the world by visiting all SIAL Network shows within one year, which take place in the UAE, Canada, China and France.
